Pettonton

Pettonton created by Shotaro Ishinomori and produced by Toei. It ran for 46 episodes between October 1983 and August 1984. Pettonton is a green mysterious space alien, discarded on Earth by an UFO (not unlike E.T.). The story depicts how he became best friends with Negita, and various other experiences with other friends. Using mysterious items like the “friendship ring”, which grants wisdom to whoever holds it, or the “time stick” which can stop time, they overcome difficult situations.
