Cult Video Game Essentials: Nosferatu the Vampyre

Developed by Design Design and published by Piranha in 1986, Nosferatu the Vampyre was a computer game based on the film of the same name. It was available on Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum computers.

The game had three different stages where the player controls a different character. In the first stage you play as Jonathan Harker, an estate agent exploring a castle for important papers, in the second stage you play as Van Helsing (along with Jonathan and Lucy), whilst in the third stage you play as Lucy Harker who is pursuing the vampire that dwells in the castle. As you play the characters can pick up four different items including one weapon (such as a gun), one tool (for example a lamp) and a healing item (like food).

Founded Cult Faction in 2014; previously crawled out of the Black Lodge in 1976, only to find himself in the Village.
