Directed by Charles Band, Puppet Master X: Axis Rising is the tenth official movie of the Puppet Master franchise and follows directly on from Puppet Master: Axis of Evil with the evil Ozu (Terumi Shimazu), walking down a dark alley only to be stopped by Nazi Kommandant Moebius (Scott Anthony King). Ozu offers Moebius Tunneler the puppet, in exchange for her freedom. Moebius gladly takes Tunneler, who immediately kills SS Soldier #1 (Ian Roberts). Moebius then kills Ozu.
While this takes place, the puppet Blade watches from the shadows. The next morning, Danny (Kip Canyon) and Beth (Jean Louise O’Sullivan) are recovering at Danny’s house. Danny tells the rest of the puppets that he couldn’t revive Ninja, but they will get back Tunneler. Blade appears and informs them of Ozu’s death and Tunneler’s capture by the Nazis…
