With Adam’s transformation in Savage He-Man at the end of Episode 6, Masters of the Universe: Revelation Ep. 7: Reason and Blood opens with Skeletor and He-Man battling. Skeletor’s magic gives him the advantage but before he can take it Teela teleports the heroes to the Mystic Mountains.
Skeletor’s power continues to consume him as he abuses Evil-Lyn, interrogates Man-At-Arms and is not nice to his lackeys. Beast-Man in particular has had enough and speaks to Evil-Lyn in private stating that she is more powerful than Skeletor so should do something about it.
Skeletor becomes abusive towards Evil-Lyn and interrogates the imprisoned Man-At-Arms, obsessing over the source of Adam’s transformation. Meanwhile Savage He-Man is drawn to King Randor’s camp and begins attacking everyone!
Verdict: 6/10. A lot of posturing and positioning in this episode, which whilst I appreciate will set up more for the future, they could still throw in a bit more action.
