Alan Igbon has passed away aged 68

It has been revealed today that Alan Igbon passed away in early December at the age of 68 years old. Igborn was a British actor, best known for his roles in Scum, The Professionals, Coronation Street, G.B.H., The Front Line, and Boys from the Blackstuff.

The actor’s niece Lee-Ann confirmed the tragic news in a Facebook post, explaining her uncle died ‘peacefully’ last month, she wroite:

‘Early December 2020 my mum’s brother Alan Igbon my uncle passed away peaceful. 

‘He is well known for being an actor in Boys from the black stuff, Scum, GBH, Coronation st, Brookside and many more. R.i.e.p xxx.’ (sic)
