Sandman Vol 2: The Doll’s House

Collecting The Sandman issues #9 to 16, Lord Morpheus tracks down three dreams who escaped to the waking world, while a young woman searches for her little brother. As their stories converge, a vortex threatens dreamers worldwide.

This is arguably where Gaiman really finds his voice with the Sandman and as well as an intriguing, overlapping set of narratives he lays foundations for characters and events which will recur and prove important many volumes further down the line. Written by Neil Gaiman, with art by Mike Dringenberg, Malcolm Jones III, Chris Bachalo and others; features a cover by Dave McKean.
