Released 20 years after the original Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger TV series, and 10 years since the 10 YEARS AFTER film, the film will reunite the main cast of the series including Shun Shioya (Yousuke Shiina/Hurricane Red), Nao Nagasawa (Nanami Nono/Hurricane Blue), Kohei Yamamoto (Kouta Bitou/Hurricane Yellow), Yujiro Shirakawa (Ikkou Kasumi/Kabuto Raiger), and Nobuo Kyo (Isshu Kasumi/Kuwaga Raiger).
