Directed by Donald G. Jackson, Roller Blade takes place in “The City of Lost Angels” during “The Second Dark Age” – a futuristic distopian society where rebel fighters including Marshall Goodman (Jeff Hutchinson) battle a fascist state which includes Doctor Saticoy. The rebel forces are aided by a group of roller-skating nuns called The Sisters of the Holy Order of Roller Blades, led by Mother Speed (Katina Garner).
Soon the rebels and the nuns are joined by Hunter aka Sister Fortune (Shaun Michelle) who helps them in their fight for freedom and justice.
Could she be the one to turn the tide?
The film had a number of sequels begining with Rollerblade Warriors – Taken By Force, The Roller Blade Seven (1991), Legend of the Roller Blade Seven (1992), and Return of the Roller Blade Seven (1993).
