Mortal Kombat “Kombat Evolution” featurette released

Director Simon McQuoid discusses the journey of bringing the Mortal Kombat characters to life by casting the right talent to execute the epic fight scenes. McQuoid and the cast go into detail about the extreme physical and athletic challenges needed to portray their characters, with behind-the-scenes commentary from Jessica McNamee, Josh Lawson, Lewis Tan, Ludi Lin, Mehcad Brooks, Joe Taslim, and Hiroyuki Sanada.

Mortal Kombat is in theaters April 23rd 2021 and streaming exclusively on HBO Max at 12:01 am PT/3:01 am ET. Available on HBO Max in the US only at no extra cost to subscribers for 31 days from its theatrical release.
