Tony Ferrer passes away aged 86
It is Cult Faction’s sad duty to report that Agent X-44 himself Tony Ferrer has passed away aged 86 years old following a heart illness. through his career Ferrer was an actor, film director and producer. He was known as the James Bond of the Philippines for his role as Agent X-44 Tony Falcon in the Agent X-44 movie series. The sad news was broken by his daughter on Instagram:
The Agent X-44 movies began in 1965 wih the movie G-2 and would continue with around thirty sequels (not including cameos!) with the final movie in the series being 2007’s Agent X44. Ferrer also appeared in 1967’s The Vengeance of Fu Manchu as Inspector Ramos opposite Christopher Lee as Fu Manchu. Ferrer also appeared in Deadly Seven, Karate Kid, Mine Haunter, Karate Fighters, Armalite Commandos, Blackbelt Avengers, The Gunman, The Sinners, Deadly Fighters, Master Key, The Iron Fist, Suicide Mission, Death Machine, Dope Godfathers, Blind Rage, and many others.
