The Athelhampton School of Magic (created by The Enchanted Nanny) is a virtual Wizard School for kids aged 2-102, with 6 prerecorded lessons all taught by 6 incredible professors of magic around different parts of Athelhampton House (Herbology, Potions, Care of Magical Creatures, Transfigurations, Wand Making, Astronomy).
It comes with a beautifully hand illustrated downloadable printable activity book which has been designed to complement each lesson and then some.
Admission also grants access to 7 mindfulness videos – 10 minute footage taken in various locations around the house, to help families feel like they are really there (perfect for an indoor picnic or even a bit of yoga).
Each ticket also grants access to live Facebook events such as the Halloween party, costume competition and pumpkin carving competition.
Tickets are £10 per family but there are unlimited scholarships for anyone facing financial hardship.
They want as many families to enjoy the magic as possible after an incredibly difficult year and way to many cancellations!
They are currently preparing a similar virtual event for Xmas with ACTUAL Santa – they want to bring affordable, magic memories to kids who’ve had everything else cancelled this year no matter where they are in the world.
