Marvel Studios have cast Gemma Chan (Humans, Doctor Who, The IT Crowd, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Transformers: The Last Knight) in the role of ree spy and genetiscist, Minn-Erva in their upcoming Captain Marvel movie.

In the comics, Minn-Erva has similar powers to Carol Danvers and takes on the human alias of Doctor Minnerva and infiltrates humanity!
