Our Top 5 Cult Moments of 2014

It’s been a big year folks.

Over here at Cult Faction we decided to bring you out top 5 CULT moments of the year.

These are moments that had us all talking (and arguing) over.

Let us know what you think. What would make your top 5 this year. Post in the comments below and have wonderful new year.

No.5 –  Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Trailer

How many times did you watch it. Amazing? Hopefully ? .. Really ?
That light saber, John Boyega in a storm trooper suit, rolling droids. Oscar issac? Either way we are more than exited.

No.4 – Suicide Squad announced

Jared Leto, Will Smith, Tom Hardy, Margot Robbie, Jai Courtney and Cara Delevingne will make up the all-star cast of Warner Bros.’ supervillain tentpole “Suicide Squad”
“Suicide Squad,” directed by David Ayer and produced by Charles Roven and Richard Suckle, will begin shooting next April in Toronto.

The big one is obviously Leto as the clown prince of crime. We are certainly divided on this one.

No.3 –  Sex Criminals

Sex Criminals is for me the best read of the year. the final twist is both genuinely unexpected and an intriguing set-up for the book’s true plot. Fraction and Zdarsky pull it off masterfully. With strong themes and beautiful writing sex criminals easily deserves a spot on our list.

No. 2 –  Batman vs Superman

What an announcement D.C. had to pull something out of the bag, to keep up with that marvel steam train. They brought out the big guns.  Love him or hate him Affleck will don the Cape and cowl. Never has a movie been so talked about and so argued. Now it’s turned into a justice league movie. What do you guys think? We cannot wait for this one.

Cult 1990s TV series Twin Peaks is to return with a new series after 25 years.

David Lynch tweeted a link to a teaser video along with the message: “Dear Twitter Friends… it is happening”.
Holy F*#K

It’s official: Twin Peaks is coming back and will air on Showtime Networks in 2016! Series creators and executive producers David Lynch and Mark Frost will write and produce all nine episodes of the limited series, and Lynch will direct every episode.

So that’s it, very brief but we’re all getting ready for our new year celebrations.

Thanks for reading and don’t forget to comment. Please disagree, give us alternatives or say how right we are!
