A station on the Rainbow Line is swallowed by a mysterious energy body and falls to earth! At the crash site, ToQger encounter a mysterious man they have never seen before.
Daigo Kiryu from Kyoryuger reveals that the source of the energy attack is the evil Creator Devius, the maker of Kyoryuger’s fallen foe, Deboth. Now the Shadow Line has partnered with Deboth’s replacement, the Crimson High Priest Salamaz, to awaken Creator Devius. ToQger and Kyoryuger team up to prevent the villains from accomplishing their goal. But all seems lost when a Shadow Line agent turns the members of ToQger into children!
