Cult TV Essentials: Dinosaur Corps Koseidon

Debuting in July 1978 and running for one season (52 episodes), Dinosaur Corps Koseidon follows a superhero named Goh (Tetsuya Onishi) (or his alter ego The Time Knight) who leads a special patrol that travel in time to battle an alien armada known as The Godmess Empire.

It turns out that The Godmess Empire landed on Earth 70 million years ago and have since altered the course of time. Go and his team must battle enemies such as dinosaurs who are telepathically controlled by the aliens. Luckily Go has the ability to stop time for 30 seconds which he uses at least once a week to save the day! He also has the Koseidon, a spaceship that allows the team to travel back and forth in time.
