This low budget but high attitude flick is directed by Sande N. Johnsen and focuses on Terry (Diane Conti), a girl from Manhattan (and member of the Manhattan Golden Falcons gang) who moves into a neighborhood that is the turf of the Brooklyn Rebels, a female teenage gang.
