News has broken that the King Kong franchise has now moved studios to Warner Bros. and almost instantly speculation has arisen pitching Kong against everyone’s favorite atomic lizard Godzilla!
It wouldn’t be the first time the pair had tussled. In pre-CGI times, the 1962 Toho studios Kingu Kongu tai Gojira pitted the two mightiest monsters against each other, which proved to be the studio’s most successful Godzilla movie.
