This martial arts comedy known as The Master (aka 3 Evil Masters in the U.S.A.) opens with three evil martial arts fighters ambushing martial arts master Chin (Chen Kuan-tai) who then stumbles further on his journey looking for help. Chin finds Ko, a student at a prestigious martial-arts school who is bullied by other students resulting in him loosing interest in martial-arts.
Ko nurses Chin back to health and as a favour in return for his help, Chin teaches Ko his style of Kung Fu. Ko’s martial arts improve and his school master disapproves and expels him from school. This results in Ko getting a job in a restaurant and training and improving his Kung Fu in secret.
The three evil fighters from the start of the movie realise Chin is not dead and go looking for him. This results in them killing Ko’s school master and taking over the school for some reason! Ko then vows to seek revenge for his former master (who didn’t like him) and save his school – where nobody liked him and he was bullied!
